    To begin making the Papitha No Sambharo, first prep all the ingredients and keep them ready

    Grate the papaya and keep it aside

    raw papaya - grated(250 gram)

    Heal oil in a pan over medium heat; add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds

    mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)

    Allow them to crackle

    Add the hing, green chillies, turmeric powder and the raw grated papaya along with salt

    Stir fry until the papaya softens just a bit
