    Drizzle some olive oil over the spaghetti pasta and toss well

    Heat a sauce pan, drizzle about 2 tablespoon of olive oil into the same pan, add garlic and sauté for a few seconds until you can smell the aromas coming through

    Add chopped pumpkin and sprinkle with little salt, sprinkle a little water, cover the pan and cook the pumpkin until it is soft

    Once it is cooked half way through, open the pan and pan roast it until fully cooked

    Finally, add washed and chopped spinach leaves and saute till the leaves wilt, which will take about 20 seconds
