    Add cauliflower florets and roast until the florets start to brown

    Now add harissa paste, all the spice powder and salt to taste, mix

    harissa paste(3 tablespoon)cumin powder (jeera)(1 teaspoon)coriander powder (dhania)(1 teaspoon)cinnamon powder (dalchini)(1/2 teaspoon)salt - to tasteblack pepper powder - to taste

    Cook for a minute

    Add blanched almonds and cook for another minute

    badam (almond) - blanched(1/2 cup)

    Add vegetable stock (or even chicken stock if you are non vegetarian), cover the pan with lid and bring it to boil

    When the cauliflower florets gets cooked fully, using a hand blender blend until smooth
