    Heat oil for pan frying in a kuzhi paniyaram pan and fry the vada by adding a drop of batter into the oil

    The vada must be fried till it is golden brown

    Drain the vada over a paper napkin

    Soak the vada in the curd mixture for about 30 minutes in refrigerator

    To temper the ingredients, heat a pan with oil, add mustard seeds, split urad dal and allow it to crackle
