To make thengai thogyal recipe, first fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, urad dal and cook till they turn light brown
teaspoons white urad dal(2)fenugreek seeds(5)dry red chillies(3) - 2
Now pour it into a mixer grinder

Add coconut, tamarind, salt, curry leaves and grind it to a paste
coconut - grated(1 cup)curry leaves(10)tamarind - lemon(30 grams)-4 curry leaves(3)oil - salt(1 teaspoon) - 4
Now heat oil in a tempering pan

Add the mustard seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves and cook till it starts to crackle

Add this tempering to the chutney, mix and serve
