To make tomato and curry leaf chutney recipe, first heat oil in a pan
sprig curry leaves(2) - 2
Add curry leaves, green chilies and cook till the green chillies become soft
sprig curry leaves(2)green chillies - finely chopped(2)sprig green coriander - finely chopped(1) - 3
Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, salt, sugar and cook till the tomatoes become very soft
tomatoes - finely chopped(4)sprig curry leaves(2)turmeric powder(1/2 teaspoon)sprig green coriander - finely chopped(1)salt - or rock saltsugar - a pinch - 4
It will take 15 minutes

Turn off the gas after 15 minutes and keep it cool

Now pour it in a blender and grind it

Serve the tomato and curry leaf chutney with ghee roast dosa and tomato onion sambar for the day's dinner
