    Heat a pressure cooker with ghee over medium heat; add in the mustard seeds and allow it to crackle

    Once the mustard seeds crackle, stir in the garlic ,ginger and onions and saute until the onions soften

    Once the onions are softened add the curry leaves, tomatoes and saute until the tomatoes become soft and mushy

    Add 1 cup of quinoa into the pressure cooker and 2 cups of water
