Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Combine the meat, crumbs, milk, eggs and salt in a bowl.
dry bread crumbs(1/2 c)milk(1/2 c)eggs(2)salt or part garlic salt(1 1/2 tsp) - 3
Mix lightly to blend.

Shape the meat into balls about the size of large marbles.

Arrange on shallow baking pans.

Put into preheated oven for 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Remove and add to the prepared sauce of your choice; include any pan juices.

Cool, then refrigerate until time to serve.

Reheat meat and sauce together over low heat; keep warm in chafing dish or over candle warmer.

Provide toothpicks or bamboo skewers for spearing the meatballs, and plenty of small paper napkins.

Makes about 100 meatballs.

For a large group you can easily prepare these tiny meatballs to serve hot in your choice of sauce such as: Sweet and Sour, Curry, Stroganoff or Teriyaki. (See sauces in section on Sauces.).
