    To begin making Buttered Peas Puree, pressure cook one cup of Fresh peas with 2 tablespoons water and a pinch of salt for 2 whistles

    Turn off the heat

    Release the pressure immediately by running the pressure cooker under water

    Drain the peas from the water

    In a pan, add half a tablespoon of butter and allow it to melt on low heat

    Once the butter has melted, add the cooked peas to it

    Saute for 2 mins until the butter has coated on to the peas
