    cooked rice(2 cups)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)green chilli - thinly sliced(1)carrot (gajjar) - grated(1)green bell pepper (capsicum) - chopped finely(1)onion - finely sliced(1)red chilli powder(1/2 teaspoon)ghee - as required

    When the onions become a little brown, add the curry leaves and capsicum

    to 4 curry leaves(3)onion - finely sliced(1)coriander (dhania) leaves - few chopped sprigs to garnish

    Let it cook till the capsicum becomes soft

    After this, add the grated carrot and cooked rice and mix everything well
