Cheese Stuffed Aloo Bonda Recipe

    To begin making the Cheese Stuffed Aloo Bonda Recipe, heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds and allow it to crackle

    Once the seeds have crackled add the onions and sauté for a couple of minutes till onions are soft and light golden in colour

    Saute for a minute and add the mashed potatoes

    Stir in the coriander leaves and combine

    Turn off the heat and allow the potato mixture to cool down

    Once the potato mixture has cooled down divide it into 8 portions

    While shaping, flatten the potatoes in the palm of your hand , place a piece of the Mozzarella cheese in the center and cover it to make a ball

    Preheat a kuzhi paniyaram pan
