Mix in large mixing bowl the sugar, flour and baking soda.

Mix the butter, Coca Cola, and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil.

Add the hot mixture to the dry ingredients and stir.

Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350°.

Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla.
