Soak apricots overnight in enough water to cover.
pkg dried apricots(11 oz) - 2
The next day cook until soft enough to crush with a spoon.

Add crushed pineapple, drained and cut up cherries, orange juice and sugar.

Cook 25 - 30 minutes.

Be careful that it does not scorch.

Pour into sterilized jars and seal. (Makes a nice gift.).
