To begin with, the Hunase Gojju Recipe, take deep pan and heat oil in it

As the oil heats up add mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, hing and chillies
rasam powder - or red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)(1 teaspoon)curry leaves(10)mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)to 5 green chilli - slit(4) - 3
Saute them thoroughly

Add the tamarind pulp, jaggery and rasam powder to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes
tamarind paste(1 cup)jaggery(1/2 cup)rasam powder - or red chilli powder(1 teaspoon) - 5
Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and let it boil for about 15 minutes so that all the flavours are combined

And salt and taste according to your taste
salt - to taste - 7
The gojju will have a tangy, spicy and sweet taste, Serve it with rice and potato curry
