    To begin with, the Hunase Gojju Recipe, take deep pan and heat oil in it

    As the oil heats up add mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, hing and chillies

    rasam powder - or red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)(1 teaspoon)curry leaves(10)mustard seeds(1 teaspoon)to 5 green chilli - slit(4)

    Saute them thoroughly

    Add the tamarind pulp, jaggery and rasam powder to the pan and let it cook for 2 minutes

    tamarind paste(1 cup)jaggery(1/2 cup)rasam powder - or red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)

    Now add 2 cups of water to the mixture and let it boil for about 15 minutes so that all the flavours are combined

    And salt and taste according to your taste

    The gojju will have a tangy, spicy and sweet taste, Serve it with rice and potato curry
