In a saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil.

Add milk, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and minced onion; stir in potato flakes.
milk(3/4 c)8 oz pkg cream cheese softened(1)sour cream(1 c)garlic powder(1 tsp)minced onion(1 tsp)instant potato flakes(2 2/3 c) - 3
Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
