In medium size bowl mix flour and baking soda.
flour(2 c)baking soda(1 tsp) - 2
In another bowl beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
butter or margarine(1 stick)sugar(1 1/2 c) - 3
Beat in eggs and mix well.

In a small bowl or glass combine milk and vinegar.
milk(5 tbsp)white vinegar(1 tbsp) - 5
Beat into the egg and sugar mixture.
sugar(1 1/2 c) - 6
Mix well.

Add bananas and mix well.
bananas mashed(3) - 8
On low speed add dry ingredients.

Mix until well blended.

Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350° for 1/2 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
