To begin making the Mushroom Do Pyaza Recipe, heat a kadai with oil, first add cubed onions and capsicum and saute until they turn soft and caramelized
onion - cut into cubes(1)onion - finely chopped(1) - 2
Take them out and keep it aside

Add ginger and garlic, allow it to soften

Once done add chopped onions and cook till they turn translucent

At this point you can add all the spice powders including red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and saute well
green chilli - slit(1)red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)teaspoons coriander powder (dhania)(2)cumin powder (jeera)(1 teaspoon)garam masala powder(1 teaspoon)salt - to taste - 7
Add chopped mushrooms and cook until the water is all evaporated
button mushrooms(500 grams)onion - finely chopped(1)tomato - finely chopped(1)inch ginger - chopped(1)cloves garlic - chopped(4) - 8
Check for salt and add if required
salt - to taste - 9
Add sautéed onions and bell peppers at the end and mix well
onion - cut into cubes(1)onion - finely chopped(1) - 10
Cook until the mixture becomes semi dry
