In a mixing bowl, sieve through all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt

To this add the rolled oats and combine everything well

In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas

You can leave a few pieces of bananas chunky to add texture to the muffins

In another mixing bowl, add sugar, butter and cream the mixture with an electric hand beater
