In a bread bowl, pour 1 cup warm water.

Add 1 teaspoon honey.

Add the following, stirring well between each addition: mashed potatoes, 1 1/2 cups warm water, salt and 2 cups flour.

Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, until you use up most of the 8 cups of flour.

Knead dough on floured surface until smooth and elastic, 10 to 12 minutes.

Turn it to grease the top.
