To make the Pudina Mavinakai Chutney Recipe, first mix raw mango, coriander, coconut, mint, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice, salt, 1/4 cup of water in a mixer grinder and make a paste

Take out in a bowl

Heat oil in a tempering pan for tempering

Add the mustard seeds, urad dal and cook till the dal turns golden

Now add dry red chillies to it and cook it for 10 seconds

Add this tempering to the chutney and mix
