    To make egg curry, first heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan

    Add onion, garlic and ginger to it

    Let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes

    After the onion is cooked add turmeric powder, sugar, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt and red chili powder

    Mix and let it cook for 2 minutes

    After 2 minutes add tomato puree, salt and eggs

    Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes

    After cooking, turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander
