Rajasthani Ghasela recipe - Besan Ka Pitta (Recipe in Hindi)

To make Rajasthani ghasela, first heat oil in a pan

Add cumin and asafoetida to it
cumin seeds(1 teaspoon)asafoetida(1/2 teaspoon) - 3
After 10 seconds, add green chilies and onions
onion - finely chopped(1)green chillies - finely chopped(2)green onions - littlegreen coriander - little - 4
Let the onion cook till it becomes soft
onion - finely chopped(1) - 5
Meanwhile, add gram flour and water in a bowl
- / 2 gram flour(1 cup) - 6
Mix well and then add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt
red chilli powder(1 teaspoon)turmeric powder(1 teaspoon)salt - as per taste - 7
Mix them all and add chopped green onions
onion - finely chopped(1)green chillies - finely chopped(2)green onions - littlegreen coriander - little - 8
Put this mixture in the pan and keep stirring

Stir it for 20 minutes until the gram flour is cooked well
- / 2 gram flour(1 cup) - 10
After cooking, garnish with green coriander and serve hot
