    Next add water little by little and start kneading the dough

    Knead till you get soft, smooth dough

    Cover and let the paratha dough rest for 30 minutes

    While the lifafa paratha dough is resting we can make the stuffing

    Heat oil in a pan

    To hot oil add cumin seeds and wait till they turn slight brown

    Add onions and green chilies and sauté till onions turn soft

    Add finely chopped spinach and cook until spinach looses all it’s moisture

    Add salt to taste

    Once spinach is completely dry, turn off heat and keep it aside to cool down

    Add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala to grated paneer

    Add cooked spinach mix and mix them all together
