To begin making the Cheesy Baked Ziti Pasta Recipe with Roasted Mushroom & Corn, we will first cook the ziti pasta

In a saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil

To roast the vegetables In a shallow frying pan, heat olive on medium high flame, to this add the mushrooms and saute until the mushrooms are cooked through

To make the pasta sauce In a heavy bottomed pan, heat the olive oil with heat over medium

Once done, add the cooked ziti pasta, roasted mushrooms and corn and toss well to combine for 3 to 4 minutes until the ziti pasta and the vegetables is well coated with the pasta sauce

Turn off the flame and add half the mozzarella cheese into the pasta and gently mix
