To begin making the Mediterranean Tomato Basil Sandwich Recipe With Sweet Piquanté Pepper, get all the ingredients prepped for the sandwich
tomato - sliced(1)sweet piquanté pepper - sliced finely(4)salt and pepper - for seasoning - 2
Chop all veggies and keep chilli, coriander pastes ready
green chilli paste(1/4 tablespoon)coriander (dhania) leaves - ground to paste(1 tablespoon) - 3
In a mixing bowl, mix green chilli paste and coriander paste with homemade hummus, and drizzle some lemon juice on it and combine well till the paste is even

Spread this hummus mixture on one side of the bread slice
