To begin preparing the Moong Ki Khichdi With Palak Ki Kadhi, soak the whole moong, basmati Rice, chana dal and moong daal together in a mixing bowl with water for an hour
green moong dal (whole)(1/2 cup)basmati rice(1/4 cup)tablespoons chana dal (bengal dal)(2 gram)tablespoons yellow moong dal (split)(2) - 2
Heat a cooker with ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds and mustard seeds
ghee(1 tablespoon)cloves (laung)(2)cumin seeds (jeera)(1 teaspoon)mustard seeds(1/2 teaspoon) - 3
Let them splutter and add all the vegetables and all the spices with salt and mix them well
mixed vegetables - carrot(1 cup)salt - to taste - 4
Add soaked and drained Moong khichdi mixture in it and let them cook until the cooker releases 3 whistles
green moong dal (whole)(1/2 cup)tablespoons yellow moong dal (split)(2) - 5
After 3 whistle, turn off the gas and let the cooker to be cool

Serve Moong Ki Khichdi with Gujarati Kadhi for a light and healthy meal
