    Throw in the raw tomato slices

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder and sendha namak

    turmeric powder (haldi)(1/4 teaspoon)red chilli powder(2 teaspoon)-/2 coriander powder (dhania)(1 teaspoon)salt - or sendha namak as per pastegaram masala powder - a generous pinch (optional)

    You can as well add regular table salt to the recipe too

    Do not over cook the tomatoes
