    To make pumpkin raita, we will first cook the pumpkin

    Heat oil in a pan

    Add grated pumpkin, a little salt and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes

    After the pumpkin is cooked, turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl

    Now add curd, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chilli and coriander in a bowl

    Mix and add the cooked pumpkin to it

    Mix well and serve

    Serve the pumpkin raita with Sew Tomato vegetable and Phulka for dinner
